I'm not saying anything about the credibility of such model, but this incarnation of the 2HDM seems to live well with (actually, to contaminate) a measured ttH cross-section larger than the SM prediction alone.

Cheers,
RiccardoRiccardo Di Sipiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14775353990899591603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846514233477399562.post-8703047140961420402016-09-07T14:07:52.156+01:002016-09-07T14:07:52.156+01:00BTW (and apologies for an offtop Jester) a really,...BTW (and apologies for an offtop Jester) a really, really neat summary of the current state of HEP from Natali Wolchover (Quanta Magazine):

Frontiers of PhysicsRBShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05190152376766693948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846514233477399562.post-73667378820256221272016-09-02T22:46:41.034+01:002016-09-02T22:46:41.034+01:00Jester, any thoughts on the Z+(H->WW) deviation...Jester, any thoughts on the Z+(H->WW) deviations?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2846514233477399562.post-19164813519676720412016-09-01T17:14:04.742+01:002016-09-01T17:14:04.742+01:00RBS, no, it's fairly straightforward to constr...RBS, no, it's fairly straightforward to construct a model that explains it. Take for example, 2-Higgs-Doublet model at low tan beta, plus vector-like tops with negative Yukawa coupling to the Higgs. So we can still write 500 papers if the deviation becomes significant :) What I meant is that I'm not aware of a model where 1) Yukawa top is much larger than one, and 2) gluon fusion rate is SM-like arise naturally, without ad-hoc tuning of model parameters.
